Jeremy is certified from the state of California, as a body work practitioner.
In NYC Jeremy offers energetic body work sessions, either on the mat, like a yoga session with hands on assists for the massage affect, or on a massage table, using this training and the principles of yoga to open and enhance your yoga practice.
Your session will honor the authentic need of the moment, from meditation, listening, breath work, yoga & energetic bodywork.
1 hour - $100*
1 1/2 hours - $130*

Physical Massage - Jeremy certified as a "Bodywork Practitioner" at Harbin Hot Springs, through the School of Shiatsu and Massage. With master teacher Elaine Marie.
A practice that works with the whole body to relax and release tension, integrating various styles of massage such as esalen, swedish, trager, shiatsu and watsu.
Energetic Massage - Jeremy studied “Spiritual Massage” -energetic bodywork- at Esalen Institute in spring of 2000 with Maria Lucia Bittencourt Sauer. A practice that works with the front of the body, and integrates various energetic practices to form a balanced and cleansing experience for you, body & mind and allows you to be in touch with spirit.
